Charles has over 30 years experience in business and IT services, consulting and technology management. His focus in the technology space is P&L management, business development, leadership, entrepreneurial initiative, M&A, and communication. He is a senior executive with the ability to lead a business to the next level. This is demonstrated by his track record of improving revenue, profits, morale, organization, partnerships, market share and ultimately investor value.

He has held positions as President & CEO of Navitas Technologies Inc. a high-tech, R&D and manufacturing company, Vice President of Sales and Delivery at Canopy Int’l an EAI services and consulting firm and Vice President of US Operations at Systems & Computer Technology Corporation (SCT), a multi-national, IT services & software company. Other experiences include Director of Corporate Information Technology for First Winthrop Corporation a financial services & real-estate syndication company and Director of Information Technology for Childworld, Inc, a nation-wide, billion-dollar hard-goods retailer.

Charles attended Northeastern University, Boston MA and Duke Universities Fuqua School of Business
